What You’ll Do
- Manage financial aspects of ICT projects, including invoice processing, purchase order creation, and cash journal entries.
- Oversee contract and purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and terminations.
- Manage manpower resource requests, coordinate interviews, and track employee performance appraisals.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including CVs, invoices, and progress reports.
- Handle security clearance processes for new candidates.
What Will Make You Shine
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of IT project administration experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP, budgeting).
- Proven track record in project administration, contract management, and HR-related tasks.
- Familiarity with the Authority's processes (preferred).
- Experience in contract management and vendor relationship building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
