JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic design of heat. Mass balance, PFD, P&ID, process calculation for Water & Wastewater, RO, demin, pre-treatment, biological, chemical, PWT, etc.
- Sizing of equipment, vessel, tank and selection of material, instrumentation, control philosophy, cause and effect matrix, HAZOP, IPF, SIL study, IOM manual, etc.
- Preparing datasheet for RFQ and review offers from sub-vendor for compliance to technical specification, Exd, ISA standards, codes and regulation.
- Prepare documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, optimization and hand-over.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Chemical /Environmental engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with international standards, codes and regulations, offshore & onshore.
- Min. senior 10 years or engineer 5 years similar job scope preferably in Oil & Gas, Power Plant or in the water/wastewater Industries.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage
