Responsibilities:
- Execute CNC programming to create precision parts according to drawings or technical specifications.
- Program and set up CNC milling and lathe machines for various jobs.
- Source raw materials, prepare necessary tools, and generate offline programming to perform the required tasks.
- Set parameters such as feed rate and speed based on material and tool selection to achieve optimal performance.
- Carry out progressive machining operations to produce precise parts.
- Develop detailed machining process plans and estimate cycle times.
- Provide technical support for daily manufacturing processes, including designing jigs and fixtures.
- Assist Quality Control by compiling documentation, calibrating instruments, and supporting the gauge room.
Requirements:
- Secondary education/Nat’l trade cert with 5 years experiences in related field.
- Minimum 5 years in CNC programming and reviewing tools for machine tools.
- Monday to Friday
