Roles & Responsibilities
- Support projects to utilize best available practice & competence
- Advises & recommends any changes to engineering data / drawings / products spec when deem necessary to meet production capability
- Coordinate with cross department on generate & process engineering data
- Evaluate & improve on existing processes, production output, cycle time, yield & cost
- Support production line issue with appropriate & permanent corrective solution, as & when necessary
- Yield analysis & lead troubleshooting of defect & yield issues and process excursions associated with the existing & new process / products
- Liaises with clients, suppliers on project related issues
- Perform tooling purchase for the orders
- Generate monthly report & other duties as assigned
Experience, Qualification & Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Operational / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering would be desirable
- 3-4 years of relevant experiences

- Proficient in MS Office
- · Bilingual both in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with cross- functional, time management skills, problem solving skills
- Meticulous, responsible, organized & good team player
- Strong understanding & ability to manage Engineering Change Order & possess manufacturing process knowledge
- Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
