Role: Implementation Engineer (6 months contract)

Our client success team is responsible for implementing predictive analytics platforms (AI) that can add significant value to the BFSI vertical while solving operational and compliance risk problems. We take pride in flawless execution and delivering results that wow our customers to drive NPS. You will work closely with ML engineers, Data scientists, Implementation engineers, Solution architects, business analysts, and product experts to solve our client problems to produce results in a complex big data environment using cutting edge machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and delivering installation and configuration of AI products.
- Participating in solution architecture discussions to estimate hardware sizing.
- Analyzing defects and conducting effective triaging.
- Working closely with engineering, product, solution architects in resolving defects.
- Proactively participating in the product release cycle and signing off on clientreleases.
- Supporting current ETL designs and coding to resolves defects on existing solutions
- Ensuring data quality
- Translating data access, transformation, and movement requirements into functionalrequirements and mapping designs.
- Developing logical and physical data flow models for ETL applications.
- Documentation and Training
- Communicating effectively with the client and managing expectations.
Must-Have Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience with big data application stack including HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive and Hbase.
- 1+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Setup
- 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SW installation especially packages
Good to Have
- 1- or 2-year experience in ETL in Big Data hadoop environment (Hive/Hbase knowledge).
- 1 or 2 years of experience in shell scripting or python.
- 2+ years of experience in Hadoop Big Data projects Experience with developing,tuning and debugging code, python/shell scripts loading into Hive, Mariadb
- Experience setting up enterprise security solutions including setting up active directories, firewalls, SSL certificates, Kerberos KDC servers, etc.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and various test report and coverage.
- Experience defining and automating the build, versioning and release processes for complex enterprise products.
- Knowledge of python and hands-on coding experience is a plus.
- PySpark understanding and experience.
