JOB DESCRIPTION
An MNC in maritime industry is currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team under 1 year contract.
Reporting to the manager, the incumbent will be responsible to attend to customer enquiries via email and phone, preparing quotations, processing job orders, material requisitions, customer orders, and invoicing.
Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum O level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Netsuite is good to have
- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders
- Able to work independently
