JOB DESCRIPTION
An MNC in trading industry with global presence is currently looking for a Business Coordinator to join their expanding team.
As Business Coordinator, the incumbent will be providing administrative support to the Traders. The responsibilities include handling full sets of shipping documents, invoicing, negotiating Letter of Credit, certificate of origins, bill of lading, processing orders, monitoring orders, following up with outstanding shipments, managing inventory, updating sales data in the system, and generating reports.
Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with letter of credit is good to have
