This role will be based out of Singapore or Indonesia maintaining work within the Southeast Asia region.
To be successful in a Lead Cost Estimator role, you will have an understanding in:
- Support the cost estimating service across the region, with the view of taking on the Lead/PM role on future projects
- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
- Manage the development of cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market place.
- Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing.
- Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
