Job Description:
- To provide effective leadership of staff, management of centre and delivery of quality centre curriculum. Oversee daily operations.
- Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
- To be well informed and updated of government regulations, quality assurance framework (Child Care Act, SPARK)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent
- Registered with ECDA and attained a L2 certification
- Possess valid certificate in first aid recognised by ECDA
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Senior Teachers who possess the above qualifications are also welcome to apply.
