Job Responsibilities:
- Solution pre-sales: Provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
- Maintain good rapport with customer technical team: Manage ongoing pre-sales process, develop relationships, respond to and anticipate customer needs with a focus on solutions.
- Perform Proof of Conduct (POC) testing and solution evaluation.
- Work with post-sales team to ensure solution is delivered as proposed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Optical Engineering, Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- Basic knowledge in Optical network solution, including but not limited to WDM, Access network and etc.
- Excellent team player with initiative, ability to meet project timelines and work independently.
- Display high-energy, outgoing, can-do personality, ability to prioritize the tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
