about the job
- Manages and leads the engineering squad to build and maintain PAM systems, translating user stories from the backlog into solutions.
- Helps other engineers to problem-solve technical challenges and guides them in implementing the solution.
- Supports the PAM team in defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Makes technological choices aligned with business objectives including: innovation, reusability, operational excellence.
- Introduces emerging PAM technologies or evolves existing PAM technologies that improve the value of products or services.
- Understands, develops and uses PAM technologies to solve complex problems.
skills and experience required
- Degree level education or equivalent experience or qualification.
- Sound grasp of Agile and Lean software development principles with experience working in a multi-functional team.
- Proven experience with security engineering practices
- Proven experience deploying and supporting infrastructure and technologies to address large enterprise needs.
- Experience in IT infrastructure management, application deployment, practical security methodologies, and the Windows Tier Model.
- One or more cybersecurity certifications: IAM, audit or risk management (CISM, CISSP, GSEC CIDPRO, CISA, CRISC)
- Proficiency in the creation and maintenance of operational documentation (SOPs, WIs)
- Deep technical understanding of Privileged Access technologies such as Beyond Trust Password Safe (preferred) or similar (CyberArk, Delinea, etc.)
