Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Plan and conduct transaction banking business strategy and initiative for mainly sales in the Asia Pacific region
- Discuss and negotiate with internal stakeholders in Tokyo head office as well as Asia Pacific countries on various themes such as transaction banking strategy / target / KPI setting and so on, using both English and Japanese
- Ensuring discovery, consolidation and distribution of data/information from various internal and external sources for a timely understanding of current status and meaningful business insights to pursue
- Continuous efforts on review of existing reports / data on transaction banking business for management and country teams from the perspective of its sales and products
- In addition to the business planning matters, plan, conduct and monitor the internal compliance and GA / budget matters
What you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree with least five years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking especially for Cash Management or Trade Finance
- Cross-cultural communication skills and ability to speak, read and write to communicate smoothly with the stakeholders in not only English but also Japanese preferable
- Basic IT skills e.g. Excel(VLOOKUP), Word, Power Point mandatory required, and Advanced IT skills e.g. SAS, Tableau, Power BI preferable
