ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for a skilled and seasoned Senior Data Scientist to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the development of data-driven solutions aimed at enriching our customer relationship management (CRM) endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospects for machine learning-driven solutions that can enhance our user experience (UX), as well as our CRM systems and processes. Your duties will encompass the development, deployment, and maintenance of data science and machine learning models. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions within production environments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design and implement advanced data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems and build business intelligence tools.
· Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to develop predictive models, deep learning algorithms, and data-driven insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data science solutions to improve our CRM systems and processes.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
· Communicate complex analytical insights and solutions to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
ABOUT YOU:
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in data science or analytics.
· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
· Proficiency in GCP, SQL, and Python.
· Skilled in statistical analysis and predictive modeling on customer databases.
· Experienced in implementing machine learning and generative AI solutions.
· Familiarity with Data Clean Rooms.
· Proficient in working with large, complex datasets and developing data-driven solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
