Job Summary:
Develop and improve competitive C&B & staffing policies & programs to support the company's overall strategic objectives, while ensuring cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements. Administer & oversee all staffing and C&B related matters such as annual budget planning, audit, performance appraisal plan, promotion, salary, bonus, stock option, insurance & benefits to ensure prompt & accurate deliverance and conformance of statutory and company policies regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing different C&B & staffing related projects such as salary review, benefits benchmarking, promotion, performance appraisal planning & audit
- Supervising the subordinates on daily C&B & staffing operational tasks as well as handling C&B & staffing related enquiries from different levels of staff.
- Strong contributor to the development of new C&B & staffing strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company's future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis, performance appraisal, annual budget planning, promotion exercise).
- Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus payout processes throughout the company.
- Provide leadership to maintain consistent deployment of compensation policy and practice, identifying inconsistencies and develop corrective actions.
- Act as a change agent by facilitating, managing and implementing the necessary modifications to ensure that it is communicated & executed effectively and accurately.
- Represent the C&B & staffing team to the rest of the company in the development and rollout of C&B & staffing programs and policies.

Education & Experience: - Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR with a focus on staffing and compensation & benefits.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources discipline, including compensation & benefit practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management and respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
