Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination of the design, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of building management systems.
- Optimize the BMS settings with data analytics tools to maintain and reduce the overall building energy consumption.
- Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
- Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender.
- Oversee the installation of electrical equipment and systems design, development, and integration of wiring for various projects, ensuring optimal functionality, reliability, and safety.
- Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.
- Conduct thorough analysis and identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages.
- Troubleshooting Electrical control panel for all ACMV systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the and development process.
- Resolve and provide technical support during the assembly, and testing phases, troubleshooting, and resolving any wiring-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 to 7 years of relevant working experience as an Electrical Engineer for buildings construction.
- Good knowledge and equipped with experience in building management system (BMS), project site experience, M&E specifications, installations, and maintenance.
- Able to read and understand Electrical Drawing Requirements.
- Self-driven, independent and team-player.
