Within our Private Clients Unit, Lombard Odier Asia’s Multi-entity team works closely with our colleagues in other entities who have accounts booked in Singapore. This role is based in Singapore.
YOUR ROLE
- Provide support to colleagues in other entities (e.g. Japan, Switzerland, Bahamas) in the areas of administrative and operational activities broadly related to client management.
- Process account openings and maintain accounts in line with local and cross-border regulations.
- Respond to enquiries in a timely fashion to help support positive end client experiences.
- Produce internal and external reports.
- Perform periodic reviews and monitor cash ratio maintenance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of private banking experience.
- Holder of CACS 1 and 2 certifications.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English and Japanese as this role supports our Japanese business and would need to communicate in Japanese with the stakeholders in Japan.
- Possess ability to handle difficult client discussions and resolve issues / disputes independently.
- Enjoy the administration and coordination of tasks related to Multi-entity business.
- Solid experience handling account openings and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Great team player who is willing to go the extra mile in order to maintain and achieve high-quality client satisfaction.
