Havend is a new startup specializing in insurance planning, with a rich heritage of providing unbiased financial advice where clients’ interest always comes first. We are looking are like-minded and passionate individuals to join us as a salaried Lead, Insurance Specialist to revolutionalise how insurance is given in Singapore!
As the Lead, Insurance Specialist, you will work closely with CEO and play a critical role in the development of holistic insurance advice to our clients and leading a team of insurance advisers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Insurance Specialists (advisers) in skills and knowledge, to achieve team’s goals and deliver excellent client experience throughout the advisory journey.
- Run in-house campaigns to existing clients to update their existing plans.
- Conduct due diligence for onboarding of insurance products
- Keep abreast of insurance knowledge and provide training to Insurance Specialists.
- Support brand efforts in written articles and speaking engagements.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:
- Is a licensed financial adviser with at least 2 years of experience.
- Passionate in insurance advisory and enjoys interaction with people.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and planning philosophy.
- Strong in verbal and written communication
- Having experience in leading advisory team will be an advantage.
- Has a diploma or bachelor degree in any discipline
- Has prior working experience in group employee benefits could be an advantage
