Job Description
- Contribute to IT projects in the banking industry for Antaes clients
- Manage the regular maintenance, upgrading of applications and monitoring incidents
- Ensure that incident remediation is integrated into the application roadmap and collaborate with relevant teams to recommend and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
- Ensure the Application Sensitivity and IT Continuity (ASC) document is completed and renewed as per group requirements.
- Address non-compliances related to IT risk, cyber requirements, and security vulnerabilities.
- Update documentation such as architecture diagram, technical data dictionary; management of the configuration to ensure data consistency in all referential apps (e.g., Refapp, MAP, CMDB, BAM+, cloud register) and accuracy in the application parent/instance links between referential apps
- Ensure applications are properly secured and comply with engineering, CI/CD, architecture rules, and safety standards.
- Manage the application lifecycle in line with the obsolescence management plan.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Perform yearly Third-Party Risk Management (TPTRM) assessments
- Verify supplier responses to critical security vulnerabilities and request remediation plans as needed
- Report and alert management on the state of applications, including risks, deadlines, budgets, and resource needs
- Contribute to the Application Review Committee to keep stakeholders informed
- Propose and implement methods to increase optimization and efficiency
- Oversee or carry out work to simplify applications and automate tasks
- Assist in establishing roadmaps for applications within your scope
- Analyze production capacity alerts and address infra-related requirements
- Deploy and optimize the continuity of service action plan.
- Ensure compliance with the service continuity plan (DR & Live Play).
- Actively participate in communities of practice and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.
Job Requirements:
- Min 8 years of experience managing applications in MNCs
- Strong experience in application management, IT risk, and cyber security.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to optimize processes and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, architecture rules, and obsolescence management.
- Familiarity with release management tools like Relman
