Responsibilities
Finance Assistant Function
- Accountable for finance function including financial and management accounting.
- Prepare daily and monthly financial schedules supporting the financial statements
- Assist in Bank reconciliations, Invoicing and Payment administration
- Budgeting and forecasting
HR and Admin Support
- Recruitment and looking for candidates
- Advertising for jobs on different platform
- Administer recruitment, appointment, on-onboarding, probation, appraisal and leaver processes
- Be a friendly, efficient first point-of-call for researchers and other staff members working on the programme for enquiries on HR and other administrative matters
- Manage schedules and calendars, arrange, coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting documents
- Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence of your direct Manager
- General administration tasks and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Min Diploma / Degree Holder
- Good working attitude, willing to learn
- Good communication skills, meticulous and detailed
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and good time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Young and Energetic
- Training will be provided
