We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day management of finance operations across our business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the organization and will report directly to the Assistant Finance Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable function which includes timely and accurate billing to clients
- Ensure vendor invoices are validated, recorded timely, and accurately into the system
- Monitor project status, WIP and identify projects to bill
- Responsible for job reconciliation and job closure
- Handles intercompany billing and aging balances
- Responsible for intercompany reconciliation and reporting
- Responsible for bank reconciliation
- Maintain monthly exchange rates and foreign currency revaluation
- Maintain fixed assets ledger
- Perform month-end closing activities and prepare month-end reports
- Assist with balance sheet account reconciliation
- Preparation of journal entries for month-end closing
- Ensure compliance to financial regulations and guidelines
- Provide support in yearly financial audit
- Identify and review the work process and changes within the scope of the work
- Assist in other tasks/ projects when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the service/ professional industry.
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and responsible team player who can meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
