As the property embarks on its significant capital plan to reinvest in its current offerings and in the pipeline the MBS expansion project bringing our products and programming to the next level, business units across the IR will collaborate across workstreams to execute a strategic multi-year vision and roadmap to support this transformational shift.
Marketing efforts will be focused on elevating the resort’s brand positioning; forming the foundation of how programming, products, experiences are executed and brought to life across the customer journey. Multi-year, multi-faceted strategic planning will drive organizational excellence to deliver on the execution of integrated marketing efforts.
You will be part of a small but highly effective integrated marketing & strategic planning team; in a unique role that allows you to support the team in driving strategic marketing plans and IR-wide strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data and analytics, with a keen ability to generate dashboards to provide value-added customer insights and find opportunities to translate strategy to operational initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst of Integrated Marketing & Strategic Planning to join the team, who will take on a centralized strategic planning and integrated marketing role:
- Work closely with Analytics, Revenue, and Optimization Teams, leverage data and visualization tools such as dashboards to provide Senior Management with customer and market insights
- Enhance our 360° view of our most valuable guests and create actionable segmentations of customers across the entire Integrated Resort
- Support the teams to develop centralized marketing performance metrics, brand measurement frameworks for the marketing teams
- Strong collaborator with good project management skills to work alongside Marketing Teams to drive the execution of strategic marketing visions and plans
- Assist with coordinating and preparing monthly / quarterly / annual corporate reporting, financial and business performance materials
- Support the team in formulating property-wide long-term strategic plans and develop presentations for Senior Management’s effective communication on business decisions
- Responsible for conducting extensive research and analysis of Integrated Resort / gaming industry trends, sizing of the global and regional competitive landscape, market trends and customer segmentation
