What you do
- Coordinates and implements a care plan for the patients with life limiting illnesses referred.
- Have a strong base of knowledge to act both as a specialist and a generalist nurse.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply nursing theory into practice.
- Role model for other nurses, volunteers and caregivers.
- Public educator to raise hospice awareness.
- Works in collaboration with members of an interdisciplinary team in a setting which provides seamless medical and nursing care, pain and symptom management and compassionate support for their patients and families.
Who You Are
- State Registered Nurse with a valid Practising Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with at least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in Oncology or Palliative Care will be an advantage
- Nurses with paediatric experience are also welcome to apply
