Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department.
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Assist in cash flow management.
- With many years of experience in handling GL, Audit, GST for 3 surgery centres.
- Review AP entries.
- Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements.
- Review AR aging and oversee to ensure that AR collections are up to date.
- Prepare timely monthly management reports.
- Prepare yearly forecast and budget.
- Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST.
- Review/ handle BG & LC applications.
- Handle government statistics returns.
- Prepare tax schedules for certain GL accounts.
- Prepare audit schedules for certain balance sheet accounts.
- Liaison with external auditor on annual audit.
- Liaison with insurance agent for annual insurance.
- To do any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related fields
- At least 10 years of hands-on finance/accounts experience including 4 years in the mangerial role capacity
- Experience in managing/leading a team required
