We are looking for Insurance Claims Associate to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry
- Deliver timely updates on claims outcomes to internal and external customers, and coordinate with stakeholders for efficient claims assessment.
- Ensure all claim requirements are addressed promptly to facilitate timely closure.
- Process claims accurately and within service standards, adhering to procedures, guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Acquire new knowledge and skills, adapt to changes, and strive to enhance customer experience.
- Transfer knowledge to others to improve one-stop claims service delivery and address potential risks with best practices.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Insurance Qualification.
- Skilled in using MS Office applications.
- Candidates with customer service / call centre experiences is a plus
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
