We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and restaurant industry experience.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and local regulations.
Duties:
- Liaising with Shared Service Centre
- Handle full functions of AR in finance department
- Making payments promptly
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
- Review and process payment from Operations and ensure all payments are booked with invoice.
- Challenge and improve existing work processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with expense policy and statutory regulations
- Maintain vendor files
- Maintain historical records by filing documents
- Prepare weekly fund reports
- Prepare monthly franchise billings
- Process staff claims according to policy and book in accounting system
- Knowledge of cashflow projection will be a PLUS!
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· LCCA or diploma with minimum 2 years working experience in F&B.
· Knowledge of book-keeping procedures
· Well-versed in Microsoft office and Xero accounting software.
· Strict confidentiality in performing the duties
· Excellent communication in English and/or other languages
· Good team-player and independent worker
· Possess good working attitude
· Efficient, strong sense of initiative, reliable and self-motivated
