Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws and regulations.
2. Maintain accurate GL accounts, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparations.
3. Manage the AR process, including customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
4. Monitor outstanding customer balances, follow up on overdue payments, and address customer inquiries.
5. Perform periodic AR aging analysis, bad debt assessments, and provision calculations.
6. Oversee the AP process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment disbursement.
7. Ensure timely and accurate recording of expenses, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies.

Requirements:

1. Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
3. Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Fluency in English and Chinese.
