Responsibilities
· Supervise and manage the financial reporting function of an SGX listed Group.
· Preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports and business review for the management and stakeholders.
· Conduct financial planning & analysis, including preparing weekly cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting and financial planning for specific requirements.
· Handle internal audit and external audit
· Liaise with bankers and lawyers for property financing / re-financing
· Preparation of announcements, quarterly / full year financial results and audited financial statements in compliance with financial reporting standards and Catalist rules.
· Manage regulatory filings such as GST filing, corporate tax filing and annual returns filings.
· Review and approve payments.
· Oversee operations of the overseas subsidiaries and ensure the preparation and submission of accurate and timely statutory accounts, tax returns, etc. to the relevant authorities.
· Review, develop and implement internal controls and processes which can enhance the operational and financial/accounting efficiencies.
· Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA or equivalent
· min. 4-5 years of related experience
· Good understanding of FRS
· Able to work under pressure
