Our client, in the Real Estate industry, is looking to hire a Finance Manager on a 6 month duration.
The Role
Reporting to the finance head, you will be responsible to prepare financial and management reports, compile and consolidate financial statements at the country level, review the reports to ensure they are in compliance with the standards and requirements, involve in tax reporting for statutory purpose, as well as budgeting tasks.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in finance and accounting and are ACCA/CPA certified, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity. You are a self-starter, have an analytical mind, are a good problem solver, possess good interpersonal and communications skills, have an eye for details and have good time management skills.
