1. Manage and attend to students and customers queries and needs.
2. Manage lesson fees collection, handling of receipts & payments.
3. Manage students’ data.
4. Attend to daily Administrative work for sales and marketing.
5. Enjoy meeting people, giving good customer service.
6. Assist in promoting classes, various camps and projects.
7. Assist in preparing and implementing the programmes for children.
8. Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classrooms.
9. Daily book keeping / front desk duty
10. Manage Company's Social media.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in spoken & written English / Chinese
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
3. GCE 'A' Level / Diploma /Nitec certificate holder
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Meticulous, organized , able to multi task and strong initiative
6. Need able to work on Saturday / Sunday
7. At least one year of work experience
