Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service on retail banking products
- Attend to personal loan applications
- Conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis
- Maintaining relationship with VIP customers
- Provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers
- Keeping existing customers updated on portfolios and new products
- Write reports on products and businesses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will
be advantageous. - Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
