Opportunity to join a leading European MNC specializing within the industrial equipment and automation space as APAC Commercial Finance Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will work independently in partnering key stakeholders in Sales, Commercial, Operations and Project Management in the region to support on project cost and profitability analysis. You will be responsible for the financial lifecycle of the projects including managing of budgets, funding, cash flow and cost control while managing the financial performance of projects as well as overseeing financial risk assessment through project initiation, planning and execution.
This is a highly visible role within the organization with the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and play an active role in identifying areas of growth, margin optimization, efficiency improvements as well as risk (eg. FX). You will also develop and ensure financial governance framework for all projects, lead and drive continuous improvement projects relating to financial processes.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial finance/finance business partnering within a project-based environment
- Regional exposure
- Proven experience in cost and profitability analysis
- Exposure to SAP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be proactive and resourceful, maturity in partnering with senior stakeholders as well as external customers
