Job description:
· Prepare weekly and monthly accounting, investment and financial reports, including NAV, portfolio performance, valuation of investment (mark-to-market), account reconciliations and reasonableness check
· Prepare monthly rental invoices to tenants and monitor collection status.
· Review invoices, prepare payment vouchers, process payments and monitor payment status.
· Review capital call notices, prepare capital call memorandums, process capital call payments and monitor payment status.
· Preparation of management account, GST computation, tax computation and other regulatory filings such as fund’s annual declaration form.
· Monitor cash, loan and investments and prepare risk analysis for the investments.
· Extract data from Bloomberg and prepare spreadsheets and analysis reports.
· Maintain files, records and a systematic filing system of the company.
· Any other ad-hoc tasks or reports as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other professional accounting equivalent.
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office application especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in English communication (both oral and written)
· Meticulous, accurate, responsible, responsive, proactive and multitask
· Positive attitude, diligent and a team player
· Keen learner and able to work under pressure to meet deliverable deadlines
· Related working experience in fund administration/fund accounting/Financial Service/Asset Management industries is a plus point.
· Proficient in Mandarin communication is a plus point.
