- Oversee and enhance operational procedures, ensure compliance, manage projects related to Operations & Technology (O&T), and support business continuity efforts.
- Responsibilities include planning and reviewing operational guidelines, coordinating user acceptance testing, tracking key performance indicators, conducting self-assessments, and managing daily operations.
- The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and organizational compliance.
Key Competencies:
- Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years of relevant banking or process engineering experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
