You play a key role in Finance, responsibilities include managing the finance team productivity, and reporting to stakeholders, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests.
Key responsibilities:
Assigned to a portfolio of SPVs, main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform accounting and administration for the holding company of the Group;
- Preparation of notices for capital activities and maintenance of relevant capital schedules at Group-level;
- Assist in the monitoring of capital forecasts at Group-level to ensure capital activities are kept within approved annual budget;
- Ensure sufficient cash positions to meet operating needs within the Group as necessary
- Support Investment Management team in NAV reporting quarterly;
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports as well as other general management reporting as necessary;
- Manage the month-end financial reporting for assigned SPVs and prepare reporting packages for management review as supported by the Accounts Payable/Receivables function team;
- Key coordinator of external audit process, managing timeline and audit issues to ensure timely completion for investor reporting;
- Review of annual tax returns for statutory filing requirements;
- Continual assessment of processes and internal controls, to propose solutions where necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements:
You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent in any field with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. You have good leadership and strong communication skills.
