Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and complementary organizations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners to drive joint business initiatives, including product integrations, co-marketing efforts, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and marketing to ensure partnerships are mutually beneficial and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and long-term value for both parties.
- Monitor partnership performance and KPIs to ensure objectives are met and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and assess how potential partners fit within the company’s ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance the brand’s presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles, with a proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how partnerships can drive business growth.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with shareholders and stakeholders.
