About the job
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and prompt settlements to clients by closely monitoring overdue accounts receivable and payable. The role involves investigating and resolving balance discrepancies, accurately updating the accounting system, preparing necessary journal entries, and performing accounts reconciliation. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, adhere to credit control procedures, and provide support on ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.
Skills and experience required
Diploma in Accountancy & Finance with at least 2 years of bookkeeping/credit control experience. You should possess good communication skills and the ability to work independently. In order to succeed, you should be detail-oriented, and have a strong organizational and time management skills.
