Customer Service Officer
- 12 months renewable contract
- Islandwide / Roaming
- Comfortable to work on shift (Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm)
- Work 4 days rest 1 day, work 4 days rest 2 days, work 3 days rest 1 days and so on.
- Competitive remuneration package (Allowances + Bonus)
Responsibilities
- Sale of cards and products at ticket or concession card replacement offices
- Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Customer service mindset
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
- Must be comfortable with handling large amount of cash
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
