Job Highlights
Salary: $4500 - $6000 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Nearest to Stadium MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Oversee billings to ensure timely invoicing and accurate and timely recording of transactions in accounting system.
- Update Management on the monthly debtors’ reporting
- Track and establish root causes to improve service levels to internal stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor the progress of the monthly finance close process to ensure timely and quality closing.
- Monitor and review monthly audit schedules and bank reconciliations.
- Supervise the outsourced service provider and ensure that they meet service standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures for finance operations’ processes are documented and kept up to date with changes.
- Liaise with internal or external auditors for audit queries.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in Accounting & Finance field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in audit and project management is advantageous.
