Responsibilities:
MDM
- Creates Business Partner (BP) related master data, extension of BP/Purc Org, updating of master data, bank details, tagging of IPT table, customized table, payment methods etc
- Creates other SAP FICO related master data and maintains foreign currencies rates
- Creates Fixed Assets master, transfer of fixed assets etc
- Assists in data analysis of BP master data and facilitate data extraction
- Performs periodic BP master housekeeping
- Attaches supporting files of all the creations are well stored digitally
- Involves in reviewing data for completeness
- Involves in process & system enhancement (MDM, AP, AR)
- Handles audit (internal & external) related matters
P2P (AP-Payment)
- Creates scheduled auto-payment run for respective entities in-charge for approval
- Coordinates and facilitates adhoc payments
- Ensures all AP related payments are duly entered into SAP before monthly closing
- Reviews and coordinates AP document clearings
- Routes to assigned bank authorisors for approval in banking platform
- Handles audit (internal & external) related matters
- Involves in process and system enhancement
- Facilitates bank reconciliation matters
P2P (AP-invoice)
- Processes invoice and credit note
- Handles enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Prepares creditor reconciliation
- Handles audit (internal & external) related matters
- Reviews AP aging and coordinate contra
- Facilitates bank reconciliation matters
- Involves in process and system enhancement
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting principles with management and financial reporting and audit experience preferred
- 2-3 years in SAP FICO (MDM/P2P)
- Proficient in Excel & Words – Intermediate or above
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve problems positively
- Able to navigate vast amounts of data easily, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and possess positive work attitude
- High sense of responsibility for work and professional ethics; with strong sense of confidentiality awareness
