Quantity Surveying：

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.

Conduct site measurements and assessments to ensure accurate quantity calculations.

Collaborate with the project team to review and evaluate project specifications, drawings, and requirements.

Monitor project costs, changes, and progress to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.

Prepare progress claims and final accounts for clients.

Source and select suppliers/vendors for materials, equipment, and services required for ongoing projects.

Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure all relevant information is accurate and current.

Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

Collaborative Support：

Work with colleagues and provide guidance as needed.

Assist in preparing project budgets and cost control measures.

Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project requirements.

Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market conditions related to construction materials and services.

Requirements：

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying or a similar role in the construction industry.

In-depth understanding of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques.

Proficient in cost estimating, measurement, and valuation methods.

Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and related codes and regulations.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.

Diploma/degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
