Our client is within the Real Estate industry with regional presence, is looking for a Finance Manager to manage account consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting while supporting intercompany reconciliations, tax submissions, and audits across the Group.
Job scope:
- Lead and oversee a team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, including performance analysis, budget comparisons, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Manage monthly account consolidation for Singapore and submit interim and year-end reports to the Head Office.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances within the Group.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including budget consolidation and report preparation.
- Oversee the preparation of cash flow forecasts and timely submission of GST reports and corporate tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and work with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders across the Group and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a detail-oriented and independent approach.
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
