Job Duties:
- 4 months Maternity Cover
- Oversee the daily operations related to trade dealing, settlement, pricing, and corporate actions, ensuring timely trade settlements and addressing daily investment operation issues. Escalate and resolve errors or deviations promptly within the required timeframe.
- Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of outsourced custodial and fund administration services provided by third-party vendors, evaluating their service levels, competitiveness, and overall performance.
- Reconcile unit holdings promptly and resolve any discrepancies as they arise.
- Ensure that investment receivables and payables are tracked and settled within the specified timelines.
- Manage the opening and closing processes for custody accounts and related cash accounts, ensuring these processes are completed within the established timelines.
- Ensure that investment operations schedules and reconciliations are completed on time and adhere to the established policies and standards.
- Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance reporting to various investment counterparties.
- Manage account maintenance tasks and requests from fund managers and custodians.
- Assist with ad-hoc tax-related requests as needed.
- Analyze and resolve issues without established precedents.
- Provide support for any other assigned tasks as necessary.
- Offer guidance and support to new team members.
- Assist in managing and implementing changes related to regulatory requirements or current processes.
