DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan lane), is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic
• Perform full process of registration, administration, billing and make appointments for patients
• Provide financial assistances to patients who need assistance
• Prepare referral letters and maintain proper filing system for documents
• Provide excellent service standards and assistance to patients
• Assist doctors in the consultation rooms
• Perform counter and medical record duties
• Answer and handle telephone and upfront enquiries
• Undertake any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Good attending skills, typing and computer skills.
• Possess a non judgmental attitude and ability to work and adapt in fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service / healthcare industry will be an advantage
