• Receive EMAIL from client. Acknowledge mails of customers.
• Send requisition to suppliers and Receive quotes from suppliers.
• Quote to the client and update job quoted in the system.
• Follow up for the purchase order from the client.
• Prepare quotation and Send quotations to client
• Update order received in system.
• Update logistic team to liaise with supplier and arrange for service / spares.
• Once service / spares are arranged, liaise with agents and ensure same is supplied on vessel.
• On job completion, to ensure that service report or D.O is sent to client. And signed copy is received from vessel.
• To update job completed in the system.
Follow ups:
• Follow up with the customers for the queries which are quoted but orders are not placed.
• To cancel the queries which are not confirmed by the clients.
