Job Scope:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of AHU, FCU, and ACMV systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Replace or repair faulty components, such as motors, fans, compressors, and filters.
- Calibrate and adjust system controls to maintain specified temperature and humidity levels.
- Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications related to HVAC systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities.
- Document service reports, including details of repairs, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of parts and materials.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics related Engineering
- Hands-on & technical experience in servicing & maintenance aircon unit is a must
- Preferably with Class 3 Driving License (Need drive company vehicle)
