General Job Scope:
- Perform phone call to members with outstanding membership payment. To utilize existing company's benefits as a pitch to retain members
- Convince members to pay up outstanding payment and set up recurring payment arrangements.
- Advise on general association's membership benefit/payment enquiries
- Prepare and update daily progress report on number of members engaged and recurring payment set up.
- Assist to disburse token for members that head down physically to set up recurring payment arrangement and obtain acknowledgement.
