You will be a key service partner to our customers in our System Sustainment Solution on supporting our key defence customers. Working closely with the our teams to meet & exceed the customer’s expectation in terms of reliability & Turnaround time in order to meet their operational needs, as well as look for opportunities for our further growth
Be Part of Our Success
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team & customer to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the service
- Oversee the team to manage the maintenance project
- Coordinate with oversea OEM for all oversea repair
- Established networks with other suppliers for local capabilities build up
Qualities We Value
- Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to diagnose & repair complex systems
- Able to adapt & work under tight schedule
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to manage a team
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues & implement effective solutions
- Willing to travel to on site
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Singaporeans Only
