Customer Care Executive

1. Responsible for arranging all of the incoming shipments, including prepare purchase request, estimated landed cost, purchase order.

2. Track the incoming shipment status and timely update to sales team/customer, prepare VAT/import documents for clearance purpose.

3. Responsible for communicating and connecting with the factory, and coordinating the shipment of goods; manage of custom clearance agency and ensure goods will be clear out in time without additional charge, dealing with warehouse team for import shipment unloading and goods receiving.

4. Sample request from supplier, prepare related data and submit into system, track the sample status.

5. Conduct statistics on the foreign trade receipt ledger and follow up on the payment status of orders.

6. Warehouse management, manage daily warehouse movement, ensure warehouse goods are in good condition, physical stock is always same with ERP system.

7. Processing purchase order from customer including record in ERP system, arrange delivery, checking the payment status and follow up regularly with seller/customer.

8. Coordinate with warehouse team for outbound activities, ensure warehouse team picking and packing as our delivery request.

9. Manage the delivery service, ensure customer ordered goods deliver to customer with good condition, meet requested delivery time and other requirements.

10. Assist seller on monitor inventory movement and order status, remind seller for slow moving stock and help to follow up with customer for repeat order status.

11. Complete other transactional tasks assigned by superiors


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above,

2. Graduates majoring in logistics management, international trade and Business English are preferred.

3. Priority given to those with experience in tracking large customers, foreign trade, and freight forwarding.

4. Proficient in English, familiar with daily communication foreign languages, able to communicate fluently with foreign clients.

5. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc;

6. Have a spirit of teamwork and mutual assistance, and be able to closely cooperate and collaborate with relevant departments.

7. Clear, meticulous, and organized thinking.

8. Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, positive and upright attitude.
