We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Engineering. This role involves leading a team to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for Intellectual Property (IP) related challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful AI project delivery and leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Convert business challenges into analytical problems and identify appropriate data sources.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Build machine learning models, apply statistical methodologies, and analyze data to generate insights.
- Design and develop real-time, data-integrated visualizations to effectively communicate information.
- Lead and manage AI projects from conception through deployment using agile methodologies, while mentoring team members and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business challenges into actionable data science projects, ensuring solutions align with their needs and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in AI, data science, and model deployment.
- Proficient in data preparation, machine learning, data visualization, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data science with a focus on NLP, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with Intellectual Property concepts, including patents, trademarks and copyrights, is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
