We are pleased to inform you of an exciting opportunity for the role of "Operation Support Staff" at a reputable
school affiliated with the Ministry of Education, located at Ang Mo Kio Street 13, Singapore 569405.
The institution is currently seeking to fill three (3) open positions for this role. The prerequisites for the position
are outlined below.
Contract Period: From 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025.
Mondays to Thursdays:7:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break)
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm (inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following tasks:
Assist the Ops Manager in:
- Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
- Conducting checks of teaching and learning facilities, including toilets.
- Reporting unserviceability of equipment/fixtures.
- Accompanying MOE term contractors (e.g., Pest Control, Electrician, Plumbers) for inspections and maintenance/repair works.
- Providing feedback on the quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
- Assisting in logistics support for school events and functions.
- Performing traffic warden duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to understand simple English.
- Must be strong and healthy.
- No prior experience required as on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.
